KILL/STRENGTH WOD
Push Jerk- 135 about 5-7 rounds of 3- can easily increase

Joe made a comment about how much stronger I've gotten

60 KB Swings
50 Squats
40 Burpees
Run to stop sign and back

Only shaved about a minute and a half BUT I'm betting I was weak in my 2nd month of CF and did majority of the PushUps on my knees.
