WOD: Squat Cleans 3x these rounds 95-95-115-115-135-135 good strong pull much easier at heavy weight.. deep front squat felt in my abs.. gotta get those stronger.
WOD stop sign & back, 5 rounds [9 sdhp@ 85 / 9 lateral burpees] run stop and back- time was somethign around 15.. my cardio felt ridiculous.. should've been able to do this around 10.. i really half assed it but still felt dead
