5 Burpees
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes. If you fail to complete the set in the minute, finish the remaining repetitions and rest. Re-join the group on the next minute.
Used 35KB. cardio still isn't back.
Feeling the lag of paleo switch. I'm sleepy all the time.
