Front Squats/C2b/DU

AMRP 12 minutes:

5 front squats used RX was 155 I used 145
10 Chest to Bar
20 Double unders

My double unders were rocking- felt really smooth and not my hyper speed where I typically get worn out.

Only got 3 rounds plus 1 squat- Hit failure in my squats but everything else felt great.
